Tennessee-specific details
Tennessee allows notaries to acknowledge signatures on mortgages, deeds of trust, affidavits, and powers of attorney related to real property under T.C.A. § 66-5-106. We perform every act in compliance with TN notary law (T.C.A. Title 8, Chapter 16).
How it works
