Step 1: Get your marriage license from any Tennessee county clerk before the ceremony. Davidson County clerk is at 700 Second Ave S, Nashville. Williamson County (Franklin) clerk is at 1320 W Main St. Both issue licenses for marriages anywhere in TN. Step 2: The ceremony — we solemnize the marriage and sign the license. Step 3: Return — we return the signed license to the issuing clerk within 3 days.
